Kristopher Lee Harless, 41, New Cumberland, W.Va., pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to one count of aggravated possession of drugs for selling fentanyl in March 2017. Harless was initially charged with four counts of aggravated possession of drugs as a part of the Operation Big Oak indictment. He faces up to a year in prison and a $2,500 fine. Sentencing is set for March 25.

Melissa A. Rapp, 38, Fairfield Road, Columbiana, was found eligible for intervention in lieu of conviction and pleaded guilty to possession of drugs for having less than a gram of heroin inside a piece of pen in the center console of her vehicle on Aug. 5. Rapp was placed on a three-year treatment plan.
