Seven indicted by Frederick County jury | News

A Frederick County grand jury has indicted seven people, according to Frederick County State’s Attorney Charlie Smith’s office.

The following indictments were handed up Friday:

  • Lee Roy Sullivan, II, of Jefferson, was indicted on charges of possession with intent to distribute cocacine, possession of coacaine, paraphernalia including a digital scale, possession with intent to distribute heroin, two counts of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute heroin, possession of heroin, paraphernalia including a digital scale, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, two counts of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute fentanyl and possession of fentanyl.
  • Samir Hossain, of Frederick, was indicted on charges of possession with intent to distribute tetrahydrocannabinol wax, possession with intent to distribute tetrahydrocannabinol wax on school property, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession with intent to distribute marijuana on school property, possession with intent to distribute tetrahydrocannabinol syrup, possession with intent to distribute tetrahydrocannabinol syrup on school property, possession with intent to distribute psilocybin, possession with intent to distribute tetrahydrocannabinol wax on school property, possession of alprazolam, possession of amphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, and conspiracy to possession with intent to distribute both marijuana and psilocybin.
  • Mekhi Caire Davis, of Frederick, was indicted on charges of firearm possession with a felony conviction, illegal possession of a regulated firearm, possession of a firearm as a minor, illegal possession of ammunition; possession of a firearm in a drug trafficking crime and having a handgun on person.
  • Michael Sisson, of Brunswick, was indicted on charges of first-degree burglary, theft from $100 to $1500, malicious destruction of property less than $1,000, second-degree burglary, fourth degree burglary and theft less than $100.
  • Marlon R. Cifuentes-Mendez, of Frederick, was indicted for sex abuse of a minor, second-degree rape, third-degree sex offense, second-degree assault.
  • Ireadus Kawartha Hall, of Bowie, was indicted on two counts of sex abuse of a minor, and second-degree rape.
  • Heather Lianne Costello, of Jefferson, was indicted on charges of sex abuse of a minor, two counts of sexual solicitation of a minor, and four counts of third degree sex offense.

The cases against the defendants now move forward to Frederick County Circuit Court.

An indictment is not a finding of guilt, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
