Three Hancock County secret indictments on drug trafficking charges were released recently.

Jason M. Barchet, 33, address unknown, was indicted for trafficking in cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, and aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony.

He allegedly sold less than 5 grams of cocaine on June 6, 2018, in Findlay, and less than the bulk amount of methamphetamine on Aug. 28, 2018, in Findlay.

Mary L. Stapleton, 34, of Findlay, was indicted on two counts of trafficking in heroin, one a fifth-degree felony and the other a fourth-degree felony.

She allegedly sold less than 1 gram of heroin on June 6 and June 12, 2018, in Findlay. The second sale was allegedly within 100 feet of a juvenile, making it a more serious felony.

Christopher J. Powers, 30, of Findlay, faces three charges: trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony; trafficking in cocaine, a fifth-degree felony; and trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, a fourth-degree felony.

Powers allegedly sold less than 1 gram of fentanyl in Findlay on two occasions, June 20 and Aug. 28, 2018. The second sale was allegedly within 1,000 feet of Findlay High School.

He allegedly sold less than 5 grams of cocaine in Findlay on June 20, 2018.

All three defendants are charged in Hancock County Common Pleas Court.
