19 Jan Two arrested in Tewksbury on fentanyl trafficking charges
TEWKSBURY, Mass. – Tewksbury Police arrested two men in their 20s on Friday on drug charges, according to an official release from the town’s police department.

Law enforcement arrested and charged Kerby Ulysse, 21, of Cambridge and Wesley Fanfan, 22, of Medford with Trafficking Over 10 Grams of Fentanyl and Conspiracy to Violate Drug Laws. They will be arraigned in Lowell District Court on Tuesday.
The arrests come as the result of an investigation by detectives, who were able to conclude the pair were drug traffickers. Police officials then arranged a meeting with the duo, where law enforcement recovered 10.5 grams of fentanyl and placed both Ulysse and Fanfan into custody without incident.
