Frederick police drug investigation leads to 17 search warrants, 27 arrests | Crime & justice

Amit Anthony Singh, 26, of Monrovia, Md.: charged with the possession, possession with the intent to distribute and distribution of cocaine, fentanyl mixed with heroin, possession and possession with the intent to distribute Suboxone/buprenorphine and heroin and the possession with the intent to distribute fentanyl, fentanyl mixed with heroin, heroin and Suboxone/buprenorphine within 1,000 feet of a school-owned property. Singh will also likely face additional charges in Washington County, Md.

Rebecca Jean Cassidy, 22, of Rocky Ridge, Md.: charged with the possession and possession with the intent to distribute heroin and Suboxone/buprenorphine, possession of fentanyl, possession with the intent to distribute a heroin/fentanyl mixture and possession with the intent to distribute heroin, fentanyl and Suboxone/buprenorphine within 1,000 feet of a school-owned property.

Lamar Drayton Alante Reddick Jr., 25, of Philadelphia, Pa.: charged with the possession, possession with the intent to distribute and distribution of heroin, fentanyl and meth, as well as the possession with the intent to distribute a heroin/fentanyl mixture. Reddick will also likely face additional charges in Washington County, Md, and Delaware.

Samir Hossain, 22, of Frederick, Md.: charged with the possession of more than 10 grams of marijuana, the possession of, possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms, THC wax, the possession of Adderall, Xanax and meth and the possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms and THC wax within 1,000 feet of a school-owned property. 

Derek Michael Campbell, 27: charged with possession of and possession with the intent to distribute Percocet. Campbell will also likely face additional charges in Washington County, Md.

Rommel Johnson Jr., 23, of Lithonia, Ga.: charged with the possession and possession with the intent to distribute heroin, fentanyl and crack cocaine, possession of large amounts of both heroin and fentanyl, possession with the intent to distribute a heroin/fentanyl mixture and possession of Suboxone/buprenorphine, diazepam and drug paraphernalia.

William Richard Notnagle, 23, of Frederick, Md.: charged with the possession of heroin, fentanyl and drug paraphernalia.

Darren Edward Summers, 24, of Frederick, Md.: charged with the possession of fentanyl and drug paraphernalia as well as a causing a common nuisance (drug-related).

Dakota Lee Harris, 22, of Frederick, Md.: charged with the possession of fentanyl. 

Richard Bryan Gilliland III, 55, of Frederick, Md.: charged with the possession of heroin, meth and fentanyl, as well as the possession with the intent to distribute meth.

Kelly Rene Beall, 32, of Thurmont, Md.: charged with possession of Vicodin, Subxone/buprenorphine, and heroin, as well as the possession with the intent to distribute heroin and possession with the intent to distribute heroin within 1,000 feet of a school-owned property.

Jessica Lynn Jacobs, 29: charged with possession and possession with the intent to distribute meth, possession of both heroin and fentanyl and the distribution of meth.

Michelle Denise Johnson, 29: charged with the possession and possession with the intent to distribute both heroin and fentanyl.

Seth William Chilson, 25, of Thurmont, Md.: charged with the possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Marquarius De`Anthony Brown, 18: charged with a marijuana offense.

Cody Marie Watkins, 29, of Union Bridge, Md.: charged with the possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Andrew James Bailey, 29, of Jefferson, Md.: charged with the possession of heroin, fentanyl, Suboxone/buprenorphine and Zubsolv/buprenorphine. 

Lee Roy Sullivan II, 28, of Jefferson, Md.: charged with the possession of both heroin and fentanyl and possession with the intent to distribute heroin and cocaine.

Shaun Alan Harrison, 40, of Emmitsburg, Md.: charged with the possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia.

Angie Sue Sullivan, 56: charged with the possession of both Xanax and oxycodone.

Eric David Speak, 34, of Jefferson, Md.: charged with the possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cody Dru Cashwell, 19: charged with the possession of heroin, fentanyl, Suboxone/buprenorphine and Zubsolv/buprenorphine.

Ashlee Helen Harrison, 31: charged with “drug-related charges.”

Timothy Jacob Wolf, 30, of Frederick, Md.: charged with the possession of both heroin and drug paraphernalia.

Mark Anthony Graham, 43, of Hagerstown, Md.: charged with the possession of, the possession with the intent to distribute and distribution of oxycodone.

Cassandra Elaine Summers, 47, of Frederick, Md.: charged with the possession of fentanyl and drug paraphernalia, as well as causing a common nuisance (drug-related).
