Isaiah Kalil Clark, 25, has been indicted for two counts of second-degree murder related to the sale of fentanyl that resulted in the death of two people in Tullahoma on June 2, according to Coffee County District Attorney Craig Northcott.
Clark was arrested in Tullahoma.
“He was served with those indictments this morning,” Northcott said Friday, July 12.
Clark is held in Coffee County Jail on $200,000 bond.
He will be arraigned on July 23 in Coffee County Circuit Court, according to Northcott.
The two men who died on June 2 were Jody Rogers, 30, and James Moffat, 33.
Fentanyl is an extremely powerful synthetic opioid similar to morphine, but 50 to 100 times more potent.
