Two charged with trafficking fentanyl in Tewksbury

TEWKSBURY — Two Boston-area men were arrested Friday in connection with a fentanyl trafficking investigation.

Kerby Ulysse, 21, of 111 Washington St., Apt. 4, Cambridge and Wesley Fanfan, 22, of 116 Harvard St., Medford, are each charged with trafficking fentanyl over 10 grams and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

According to police, detectives conducted a drug trafficking investigation into Ulysse and Fanfan. Police said a meeting for a drug transaction was arranged in the area of Radcliffe Road.

As a result of the meeting, police said they recovered 10 1/2 grams of fentanyl and placed both subjects into custody without incident.

Ulysse and Fanfan are due to be arraigned in Lowell District Court on Tuesday.
