York-area heroin and fentanyl dealer arrested in user’s drug death

U.S. Marshals arrested Aaron William Fisk, 31, whose last known address was the 300 block of Westwood Drive, Conewago Township.

The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested a York area man last week wanted for delivering a fatal dose of heroin and fentanyl to a Cumberland County drug user, according to Upper Allen Township Police.

Aaron William Fisk, 31, of the 300 block of Westwood Drive, Conewago Township, faces charges of drug delivery resulting in death, delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.

“In September 2017, Upper Allen Police were called to a fatal drug overdose during which the victim had consumed a lethal amount of heroin and fentanyl,” police said. “An investigation identified Aaron Fisk as the person who delivered the heroin and fentanyl to the victim and an arrest warrant was issued for his arrest.”

On Feb. 11, the task force found Fisk and arrested him without incident. He has a preliminary hearing in the case scheduled for Feb. 25.
