Grand jurors in Cheshire County recently indicted a Keene woman on six drug-related charges.

Vicki L. Hooper, 53, is charged with two counts of selling crack cocaine, one count of selling fentanyl, one count of possessing fentanyl and two counts of criminal liability for the conduct of another-possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute.

The charges allege that Hooper sold crack cocaine on Sept. 17 and 18, sold fentanyl Sept. 18 and possessed fentanyl Sept. 24, all in Keene.

Prosecutors further allege Hooper and another woman, Kayla M. Warren, 29, of Keene, possessed more than five grams each of crack cocaine and fentanyl in Swanzey on Sept. 24, with the intent to distribute those drugs.

Warren has been indicted on two charges of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, both related to her alleged possession of fentanyl and crack cocaine in Swanzey on Sept. 24.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, but a formal means of accusing someone of a crime.

Those indicted for other alleged felony offenses include:

* Craig Hooper, 45, of Keene is charged with selling fentanyl in Keene on Sept. 17 and possessing fentanyl on Sept. 24 in the city.

* Shana D. Squires, 30, of Keene is charged with selling crack cocaine in Keene on Sept. 27.

* Clayton Whitten, 36, of Swanzey is accused of selling crack cocaine in Keene on Aug. 7.

* Debbie A. Duval, 42, whose address is listed as the Cheshire County jail, is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute. Prosecutors allege Duval possessed more than one gram each of fentanyl and crack cocaine in Keene on May 15.

* Meghan L. Gaouette, 32, of Sullivan was indicted on two felony counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated and is also charged with a misdemeanor count of the same charge.

The charges all refer to the same alleged incident on Sept. 8. According to the charges, Gaouette drove with a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.16 percent or more on Route 9 in Nelson and caused a collision in which Barry Martin suffered an ankle injury.

* Roger A. Jackson, 50, of Keene is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug for allegedly possessing cocaine and fentanyl in Keene on Sept. 19.

* Jesse Reale, 35, of Winchester is accused of possession of heroin in Surry on Aug. 27.

* Amelia M. Mispel, 31, of Walpole was indicted on a charge of driving after being certified as a habitual offender of motor vehicle laws and is also charged with misdemeanor conduct after an accident. According to the misdemeanor charge, Mispel left the scene after she was involved in an Oct. 6 crash involving damage to her 2007 Mercury Milan and a guardrail. That charge does not say where in Cheshire County the crash occurred, but the operating after certification charge alleges Mispel was driving on Route 12A that day.

* Richard C. St. Pierre 3rd, 23, of Swanzey is charged with falsifying physical evidence. Prosecutors allege St. Pierre destroyed, altered, concealed or removed his cellphone in July with the purpose of preventing the phone from being used in an official investigation. The indictment does not state what that investigation was.
