David Matthew Faulkerson of 1433 Myrtle Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted on aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; possessing drug abuse instruments, a second-degree misdemeanor; resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor; and obstructing official business, a second-degree misdemeanor.

Faulkerson is accused of possessing or using 1 gram of Schedule II methamphetamine and syringes used for drugs, failing or refusing to stop to speak to police and comply with police directives and recklessly or forcibly resisting arrest Jan. 26 in Ashtabula.

 

Michael A. Hommes, Jr., of 626 Runkle Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted on two counts of trafficking in fentanyl-related compound, both first-degree felonies; two counts of possession of fentanyl-related compound, both first-degree felonies; trafficking in heroin, a second-degree felony; possession of heroin, a second-degree felony; aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony; trafficking in marijuana, a fourth-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; possession of marijuana, a fifth-degree felony; having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony; and carrying concealed weapons, a fourth-degree felony.

Hommes, Jr., is accused of preparing 32.07 grams of fentanyl/carfentanil/heroin, 603.43 grams of marijuana and 1.46 grams of Schedule II methamphetamine for distribution and carrying a .40 caliber handgun and a .380 caliber handgun Feb. 20 in Ashtabula while having been previously convicted of a domestic violence felony. A .40 caliber handgun, .380 caliber handgun and $6,085 will be subject to forfeiture.

 

Wayne T. Meinke of 153 Dean Ave., Conneaut, was indicted on theft and breaking and entering, both fifth-degree felonies.

Meinke is accused of breaking into a man’s motor vehicle and stealing two Samsung cell phones March 14 in Conneaut.

Meinke was also indicted on grand theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony; receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony; restriction against use of drug paraphernalia, a minor misdemeanor; operating a motor vehicle without being in control of it, a minor misdemeanor; and driving while under suspended license, minor misdemeanor.

Meinke is accused of stealing a 2010 Chevrolet HHR March 1 in Conneaut; possessing a smoking device for marijuana and operating a motor vehicle without reasonable control March 2 in North Kingsville.

 

Nathan J. Freeman of 172 Hayward Ave., Conneaut, was indicted on having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony.

Freeman is accused of having a .22 caliber rifle March 3 in Conneaut while having been previously convicted of a drug trafficking felony.

 

Stevan Anthony Zepeda of 303 W. 53rd St., Ashtabula, was indicted on aggravated trafficking in drugs, a second-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony; having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony; receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony; possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony; and aggravated menacing, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Zepeda is accused of preparing 28.42 grams of Schedule II methamphetamine for distribution, possessing digital scales and baggies used for drugs, causing a woman to believe that he would cause serious physical harm to her or her property and having a stolen .380 caliber handgun Feb. 7 in Ashtabula while having been previously convicted of burglary felony.

 

Diana R. Weldy of 927 Coyne Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted on breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony; possession of fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony; possessing drug abuse instruments, a second-degree misdemeanor; and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor.

Weldy is accused of trespassing on property on West Ninth Street, possessing 2.65 grams of Schedule II methamphetamine, possessing or using .1 gram of heroin/fentanyl and tramadol, possessing a spoon and syringes used for drugs Oct. 26 in Ashtabula.

 

Jennifer L. Chandler of 125 E. 156th St., Apt. 600, Cleveland, was indicted on aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor.

Chandler is accused of possessing or using Schedule II fentanyl and a straw used for drugs Aug. 23 in Jefferson village.

 

Justin T. Shaw of 5002 Presidential Drive, Geneva, was indicted on aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and possessing drug abuse instruments, a second-degree felony.

Shaw is accused of possessing or using .1 gram of Schedule II methamphetamine plus drug syringes July 3 in Geneva-on-the-Lake.

 

Steven M. Dodge of 4927 Route 6, Andover, was indicted on illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a specified governmental facility, a third-degree felony, and possession of dangerous drug, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Dodge is accused of possessing and attempting to convey 69 25mg hydroxyzine tablets into the Ashtabula County Jail Dec. 4 in Jefferson.

 

Marcell Davaun Capree Ballenger of 1808 E. 27th St., Ashtabula, was indicted on trafficking in cocaine and possession of cocaine, both fifth-degree felonies.

Ballenger is accused of preparing four grams of cocaine for distribution Dec. 9 in Ashtabula. Money in the amount of $1,168 will be subject to forfeiture.

 

David Matthew Faulkerson of 1433 Myrtle Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted on aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Faulkerson is accused of possessing 1.95 grams of Schedule II methamphetamine Nov. 19 in Ashtabula.

Faulkerson was indicted on aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree misdemeanor; operating a vehicle with a hidden compartment used to transport a controlled substance, a second-degree felony; and possessing drug abuse instruments, a second-degree misdemeanor.

Faulkerson is accused of possessing .59 gram of Schedule II methamphetamine and .5 gram of cocaine, a drug syringe, and a vehicle with a hidden compartment containing a controlled substance on Sept. 30 in Ashtabula.

 

Melissa Schweickart of 3908 Station Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted on two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies.

Schweickart is accused of possessing or using .12 gram of Schedule II methamphetamine/Schedule II oxycodone on July 2 in Ashtabula.

 

Tyler Dalesa Renee Smith of 396 E. 255th St., Euclid, was indicted on arson, a fourth-degree felony, and falsification, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Smith is accused of causing substantial risk of physical harm by fire or explosion to his 2010 Nissan Sentra with the purpose to defraud Nov. 27 in Saybrook, and knowingly making a falsified statement to an Ashtabula County Sheriff’s Office detective Dec. 6 in Jefferson.

 

Corben L. Gilliam of 4000 South Ridge Road, Kingsville, was indicted on aggravated trafficking in drugs, a second-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony; trafficking in marijuana, a fifth-degree felony; possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony; and possession of marijuana, a minor misdemeanor.

Gilliam is accused of possessing and preparing 31.328 grams of Schedule II methamphetamine and 29.286 grams of marijuana, possessing a digital scale and baggies used for drugs Aug. 24 in Ashtabula.

 

Terrell D. Perkins of 2115 Hampstead, Cleveland, was indicted on kidnapping, a first-degree felony, and grand theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony.

Perkins is accused of stealing a woman’s 2005 Dodge caravan and removing a man who is mentally incompetent by threat, force or deception from the place where he was found under circumstances that created a substantial risk of serious physical harm to the victim and not releasing the victim in a safe place unharmed Feb. 15 in Orwell.

 

Lori A. Dufour of 808 Norman, Ashtabula, was indicted on trespassing in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, a fourth-degree felony.

Dufour is accused of trespassing in a habitation on West Ninth Street in Ashtabula Feb. 22.

Dufour also was indicted on receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony, and misuse of credit cards, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Dufour is accused of using a woman’s stolen debit card Feb. 9 in Ashtabula.

 

Co-defendants Matthew R. Lower of 9 Biscoff Ave., Conneaut, and Angel N. Wick of 487 Main St., Conneaut, were indicted on petty theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Lower and Wick are accused of stealing miscellaneous personal property of a woman Oct. 10 in Conneaut.

 

Michael D. Spears of 93 N. Broadway, Geneva, was indicted on aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony; possessing drug abuse instruments, a first-degree misdemeanor; and illegal use or possession of drugs paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor.

Spears is accused of possessing 3.78 grams of Schedule II methamphetamine plus a glass pipe and syringes used for drugs Feb. 13 in Geneva.

 

Heather M. Burton of 1656 Dadeyville Road, Austinburg, was indicted on aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Burton is accused of possessing or using .009 gram of Schedule II methamphetamine May 22, 2018 in Austinburg.

 

Kyle Stewart Artman of 2595 Buie Road, Kingsville, was indicted on possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony; possessing drug abuse instruments, a second-degree misdemeanor; and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor.

Artman is accused of possessing or using .12 gram of heroin plus a syringe and spoon used for drugs July 28 in Austinburg.

 

Patrick Lyn Brown of 202 W. Main Road, Apt. 114, Conneaut, was indicted on domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony.

Brown is accused of attempting or causing physical harm to a household member July 26 in Conneaut while having been previously been convicted of a domestic violence felony.

 

Jonathan M. Barnes, Jr., 501 Thompson Road, Conneaut, was indicted on tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; trafficking in drugs, a fifth-degree felony; and possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Barnes, Jr., is accused of preparing 18 8mg/2mg Schedule III buprenorphine strips of film and concealing drugs from a corrections officer by dropping them on the floor March 23, 2018, in Conneaut.

 

Daniel Henegar of 501 Thompson Road, Conneaut, was indicted on possession of deadly weapons while under detention, a second-degree felony.

Henegar is accused of possessing a deadly weapon while in Lake Erie Correction Institution Oct. 12 in Conneaut while being under detention for rape at the time of the commission of this new offense.

 

Charles H. Stolder of 2576 Footville Richmond, Rock Creek, was indicted on three counts of voyeurism, all fifth-degree felonies.

Stolder is accused of trespassing to spy or record for the purpose of sexually arousing or gratifying the person’s self while the other person who was a minor is in a state of nudity Sept. 15 and 25 plus Nov. 6 in Morgan Township.

 

Aaron Harding of 406 Route 534 S., Geneva, was indicted on endangering children, a third-degree felony.

Harding is accused of creating a substantial risk to the health or safety of an infant Dec. 16 in Harpersfield.

 

Courtney E. Vaughn of 151 E. Warren, Youngstown, was indicted on two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, both fourth-degree felonies; trafficking in cocaine, a fifth-degree felony; trafficking in heroin, a fifth-degree felony; and trafficking in drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Vaughn is accused of offering to sell .27 gram of heroin/Schedule II 3-methylfentanyl, .82 gram of cocaine and less than .1 gram of Schedule II fentanyl/tramadol June 28 in Ashtabula.

 

Kelly M. Stillman of 4955 Osborn Ave., Ashtabula, was indicted on possession of cocaine and two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, all fifth-degree felonies.

Stillman is accused of possession 2.99 grams of cocaine, .49 gram of Schedule II methamphetamine and .78 gram of Schedule II fentanyl July 13 in Ashtabula.
