Berkeley County grand jury indicts 50 | Pennsylvania & West Virginia

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. – A Berkeley County, W.Va., grand jury on Friday returned 50 indictments, according to Prosecuting Attorney Catie Wilkes Delligatti.

• Jeriah Aaron Ahlfeld, 23, of Inwood, W.Va., was charged with malicious assault.

• Orlando Jamiel Atkins, 34, of no fixed address, was charged with counterfeiting, fleeing form a law enforcement officer with reckless indifference, felony destruction of property, and leaving the scene of an accident resulting in damage to vehicle.

• Phillip Arnold Bennett, 30, of Keyser, W.Va., was charged with two counts of possession of a weapon in jail, misdemeanor destruction of property, conspiracy to violate possession of contraband in jail by an inmate, offense by inmate (making correctional facility less secure), and attempted escape.

• Mark L. Blue, III, 34, of Baltimore, Md., was charged with misdemeanor battery on a government representative, felony second offense battery on a government representative, offense by inmate (resisting lawful authority of correctional officer), and willful disruption of governmental process.

• Kimberly Lynn Celmer, 31, of Martinsburg, W. Va., was charged with transporting a controlled substance into jail, possession with intent to deliver buprenorphine, and attempted delivery of buprenorphine.

• Jason Allen Chapman, 36, of Hedgesville, W.Va., was charged with six counts of sexual abuse by parent, guardian or custodian or person in a position of trust and six counts of sexual abuse in the first degree.

• Stephan Gene Christian, 48, of Martinsburg, W.Va., was charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.

• Amanda Combs, 38, of Falling Waters, W.Va., was charged with two counts of DUI resulting in serious bodily injury and driving suspended (non-DUI).

• Mary V. Cook, 29, of Martinsburg, W.Va., was charged with robbery first degree, conspiracy to commit robbery, assault during the commission of a felony, possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, possession with intent to deliver MDMA, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession with intent to deliver heroin, and conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver controlled substances.

• Shavon Len Craig, 34, of Martinsburg, W.Va., was charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine.

• James Tyrone Davis, 38, of Martinsburg, W.Va., was charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine.

• Adam Lee Domer, 36, of Martinsburg, W.Va., was charged with robbery first degree, murder, and assault during the commission of a felony.

• Norris Blaine Domer, 43, of Martinsburg, W.Va., was charged with three counts of sexual abuse by parent, guardian or custodian or person in a position of trust, three counts of incest, and three counts of sexual assault in the third degree.

• Dalton Eddie Donivan, 25, of Martinsburg, W.Va., was charged with arson in the first degree.

• William Alan Franklin, Jr., 41, of Falling Waters, W.Va., was charged with murder.

• William E. Funk, Jr., 47, of Martinsburg, W.Va., was charged with third offense driving while license revoked for DUI.

• Alvin D. Gilbert, 27, of Martinsburg, W.Va., was charged with robbery first degree, conspiracy to commit robbery, assault during the commission of a felony, use or presentation of a firearm during commission of a felony, possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, possession with intent to deliver MDMA, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession with intent to deliver heroin, and conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver controlled substances.

• Wlater Lee Holliday, 45, of Martinsburg, W.Va., was charged with 38 counts of fraudulent use of an access device.

• Randolph Dennis Hutchens, II, 38, of Martinsburg, W.Va., was charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver cocaine, two counts of possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, fleeing from law enforcement officer by means other than use of vehicle, and driving revoked or suspended.

• Anthony Alpheus Jones, 41, of Martinsburg, W.Va., was charged with four counts of distribution of crack cocaine and distribution of heroin.

• Rachael Kerill, 38, of Martinsburg, W.Va., was charged with three counts of attempted breaking and entering, three counts of misdemeanor destruction of property, and felony destruction of property.

• Jaclynn Renne Kump, 21, of Gerrardstown, W.Va., was charged with two counts of distribution of fentanyl, distribution of fentanyl, distribution of heroin, conspiracy to distribute heroin, possession with intent to deliver heroin, and conspiracy to possession with intent to deliver heroin.

• Travis Jackson Latta, 31, of Martinsburg, W.Va., was charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine.

• Raymond Glenn Little, 31, of Hedgesville, W.Va., was charged with malicious assault and domestic battery.

• Jeffrey Tyler Markley, 22, of Philadelphia, Pa., was charged with breaking and entering, petit larceny, and misdemeanor destruction of property.

• Elizabeth Jane McConnell, 34, of Martinsburg, W.Va., was charged with possession with intent to deliver fentanyl and possession with intent to deliver synthetic cathinone, and conspiracy to possession with intent to deliver fentanyl.

• Brian Maxim McDonald, 61, of Martinsburg, W.Va., was charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver oxycodone, possession with intent to deliver anabolic steroids, possession with intent to deliver phentermine, and possession of ephedrine with intent to use in the manufacture of methamphetamine.

• Frank Brad Minch, 31, of Hedgesville, W.Va., was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and possession with intent to deliver heroin.

• Traun Renekki Musgrove, 39, of Martinsburg, W.Va., was charged with distribution of marijuana and conspiracy to distribute marijuana.

• Julie Ann Orellana, 46, of Gerrardstown, W.Va., was charged with murder, attempted murder, malicious assault, and two counts of use or presentation of a firearm during commission of a felony.

• Clyde S. Patterson, 59, of Martinsburg, W.Va., was charged with robbery in the first degree, attempted murder, assault during the commission of a felony, and use or presentation of a firearm during commission of a felony.

• Candelario Perez, 54, of Martinsburg, W.Va., was charged with two counts of sexual abuse by person in a position of trust, two counts of sexual assault in the second degree, and two counts of sexual assault in the third degree.

• Roger Antonio Reid, 32, of Martinsburg, W.Va., was charged with possession of a controlled substance in jail and possession with intent to deliver lorazepam.

• Jason Lee Renner, 33, of Inwood, W.Va., was charged with sexual assault in the second degree and sexual abuse in the first degree.

• Nicholas Edward Rotruck, 26, of no fixed address, was charged with burglary.

• Matthew Dillon Shank, 26, of Falling Waters, W.Va., was charged with distribution of heroin within 1,000 feet of a school or college and conspiracy to distribute heroin.

• Zachary Ryan Siford, 21, of Falling Waters, W.Va., was charged with two counts of sexual assault in the second degree, two counts of sexual assault in the third degree, and robbery in the first degree.

• Zachary Thomas Simpson, 24, of Gerrardstown, W.Va., was charged with distribution of fentanyl, two counts of conspiracy to distribute fentanyl, distribution of heroin, conspiracy to distribute heroin, possession with intent to deliver heroin, and conspiracy to possession with intent to deliver heroin.
