ROXANA – Garrett L. Treadway, 31, of the 700 block of Rice Street, Wood River, was charged Friday with unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

He allegedly possessed less than five grams of the drug on Feb. 19. Bail was set at $15,000.


BETHALTO – Dane C. Tannler, 37, of the 300 block of Dry Street, Alton, was charged Friday with unlawful possession with intent to deliver marijuana.

He allegedly possessed more than 30 grams of the drug on Dec. 1. Bail was set at $75,000.

BETHALTO – Briana N. Liljenberg, 25, of the 1300 block of Broadway, South Roxana, was charged Friday with unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

She allegedly possessed less than 15 grams of hydrocodone on Dec. 20. Bail was set at $15,000.

ALTON – Lori A. Bennett, 46, of Cape Girardeau, Mo., was charged Friday with unlawful possession of a controlled substance.


She allegedly possessed less than 15 grams of fentanyl on Thursday. Bail was set at $15,000.

ALTON – Frederick J. Venardos, 31, of the 1300 block of East Fifth Street, Alton, was charged Friday with unlawful possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

He allegedly possessed between five and 15 grams of methamphetamine and less than 15 grams of cocaine on Friday. Bail was set at $75,000.

WOOD RIVER – Terral Q. Barnes, 28, of the 600 block of Lewis and Clark Boulevard, Godfrey, was charged Monday with unlawful possession of methamphetamine and criminal trespass to a residence.

He allegedly possessed less than five grams of the drug on May 3. He was also accused of entering a home in the 400 block of Pershing Avenue on Friday while it was occupied. Bail was set at $30,000.

ALTON – Rebecca l. Plante, 33, of Caseyville, was charged Monday with unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

She allegedly possessed less than 15 grams of fentanyl on Friday. Bail was set at $20,000.

ALTON – Kathryn D. Lenhardt, 26, of the 2600 block of Judson Street, Alton, was charged Wednesday with aggravated battery and aggravated assault.

She allegedly spit on an Alton police officer and attempted to kick another officer on Tuesday. Bail was set at $60,000.

ALTON – Lisa R. Godar, 42, of the 1000 block of State Street, Alton, was charged Wednesday with two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.


She allegedly possessed alprazolam and heroin on Tuesday. Bail was set at $15,000.

ALTON – William D. Kavanaugh, 34, of the 100 block of Henry Street, East Alton, was charged Thursday with two counts of unlawful possession of a motor vehicle and felony theft.

He allegedly possessed a stolen tandem axle trailer and a 2019 Chevrolet Cruze on April 27. Bail was set at $60,000. The theft charge alleges he stole the trailer

ALTON – Christopher D. Smith, 49, of Rockford, was charged Thursday with unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

He allegedly possessed less than 15 grams of heroin on Wednesday. Bail was set at $15,000.

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
