Drug-dealing charge nets Keene man jail time | Local News

Among those sentenced recently in Cheshire County Superior Court in Keene was an Elm City man who was convicted of felony drug dealing.

Ryan K. Rudolf, 34, pleaded guilty to selling fentanyl, a felony, in Keene in June. He was sentenced to 12 months in the Cheshire County jail, with three months suspended for five years, and credited for 203 days of time served. He will be placed on probation for three years upon release, and he was ordered to pay $620 in fines and penalties and $200 in restitution to the Keene Police Department.

Prosecutors dismissed another felony charge of selling fentanyl.

Others recently sentenced include:

Bradford Rockwell, 71, of Bellows Falls pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and possessing an illegal drug, both misdemeanors, in West Chesterfield in November. On the DWI charge, he was levied $620 in fines and penalties, and he was prohibited from driving in New Hampshire for nine months. On the drug charge, he was sentenced to 12 months in jail, all deferred for 12 months, and levied $434 in fines and penalties, all suspended for three years. During the deferral period, the court can impose, terminate, suspend or further defer the sentence for an additional two years. Sentencing documents do not indicate what drug he admitted possessing.

Prosecutors dismissed a misdemeanor charge of transporting heroin in a motor vehicle.

Amanda Williams, 36, whose address is listed in sentencing documents as the county jail, pleaded guilty to violating her probation in October on a previous felony conviction for possessing heroin in Swanzey in July 2015. She was sentenced to 12 months in jail and credited for 36 days of time served. Sentencing documents do not indicate how she violated her probation.

Daniel Duffy, 24, of Alstead pleaded guilty to violating his probation in September on a 2017 misdemeanor conviction for contempt in Keene in December 2016. He was sentenced to 120 days in jail and is eligible for home release on electronic monitoring as of Feb. 8. Sentencing documents do not indicate how he violated his probation.

Atticus J. Collette, 18, whose address is listed in sentencing documents as the county jail, pleaded guilty to violating his probation earlier this month on a December misdemeanor conviction for possessing an unspecified illegal drug in Keene in November. He was sentenced to nine days in jail and credited for nine days of time served. Sentencing documents do not indicate how he violated his probation.

Prosecutors dismissed charges of felony criminal liability for the conduct of another-criminal mischief and simple assault, a misdemeanor, that had been brought against Cody Robinson Newell, 25, of Keene.
