Deputies arrested five people on drug charges while serving search warrants at three North Fort Myers motels Thursday.

Warrant 1

The Lee County Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit went to 2000 North Tamiani Trail, Unit 131, about 9 a.m. Detectives found a half-gram of fentanyl and 1.4 grams of crystal meth, needles and a scale in the unit, the release showed.

Google Maps indicates the property is at the Wonderland Motel.

They arrested Lora Diseveria, 35, of Cape Coral, who was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and one count of selling an opium or derivative 1,000 feet from a park.

She remained at Lee County Jail on Friday evening on a $41,500 bond.

Warrant 2

About 2 p.m, the narcotics unit executed a search warrant at 3350 Marianatown Lane, Unit 132, identified online as a Motel 6. Deputies stopped two vehicles leaving the lot prior to executing the search warrant. 

The news release indicated that deputies found that the first driver had illegal narcotics, including 174.3 grams of methamphetamine. They arrested Alexis Paredes, 30, of North Fort Myers, andcharged him with one count of possession of methamphetamine over 14 grams. 

He was released Friday on $33,500 bond.

Detectives found illegal narcotics in the second vehicle, including .27 grams of fentanyl, 24.64 grams of methamphetamine, 0.2 grams of cocaine, and a crack pipe, the release said.

They arrested two people in the car: Oscar Gamez. 38, of LaBelle,  and Jennifer Rouan, 35, of Cape Coral. They charged Gamez with one count of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and one count of trafficking methamphetamine, the report said.

Gamez remained jailed Friday night on $35,000 bond.

They charged Rouan with one count of possession of cocaine. She remained jailed Friday on $1,300 bond, the report said.

Warrant 3

About 6:30, the unit executed a warrant at 13020 North Cleveland Avenue, Room 121, North Fort Myers. Records indicate that was at the Riverview Inn. 

Deputies stopped the occupant of the room, Michael Larson, 44, of North Fort Myers, in a traffic-related incident, the release showed. The stop led to a search warrant, the release indicated. Detectives found 11.55 grams of fentanyl, 30.74 grams of heroin, 2.99 grams of methamphetamine, 7.93 grams of 40 mg methadone pills, three Suboxone strips, along with miscellaneous drug paraphernalia.

Deputies arrested Larson and charged him with one count of drug trafficking in fentanyl 4 grams or more, one count of trafficking heroin and two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

He remained jailed on $213,000 bond. He was also being held on a probation violation, on which no bond was set.
