Feds accuse 16 in deadly St. Louis fentanyl conspiracy ring | Law and order

ST. LOUIS • A federal grand jury here indicted 16 people on charges linked to a fentanyl and methamphetamine dealing conspiracy and two murders, the U.S. Attorney’s office said.

The drug conspiracy began in 2016, prosecutors said, and resulted in the May 8, 2017, death of Alexander Noodel, 21, and the July 3, 2017, death of Kevin Davis Jr., 24.

Police at the time said Davis was shot in the head in the 1900 block of Belt Avenue in the Wells Goodfellow neighborhood. A 61-year-old man was shot in the leg.

Those charged as part of the St. Louis police and U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration investigation now face drug, gun and conspiracy charges.

Maurice Herbert Lee II, 31, Christopher Jerrin Warlick, Jr., 23, Jerome Lamont Fisher, Jr., 26, and Charles Dariel Guice, 23, were charged with possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking resulting in the death of Noodel, the U.S. Attorney’s office said.

Lee, Delvin Bost, 24, and Michael Johnson, 26, are facing the same charge related to Davis’ death, prosecutors said.

Each also face drug charges, and Lee and Warlick face an additional firearm charge.

Juan Jose Gonzalez, 32, Darryl Lennell Moore II, 30, Jermaine Weaver, 35, Norris Douglas, Jr., 26, Sherod Jacolby Tucker, 30, Jerry O. Streeter, 30, Ramico Darez James Adams, 30, Jalisa Shatavia Johnson, 24, and Maricus Davon Futrell, 19, face various drug charges.

Douglas, Rayford and Streeter also face one or more firearm charges.
