Fifteen indicted by grand jury

Fifteen people were indicted by a Brown County Grand Jury on a variety of offenses.

Jeremy Reynolds, 25 of Ludlow, KY, is charged with Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, a first degree felony; Trafficking in Cocaine, a first degree felony; Trafficking in Hashish, a third degree felony; Trafficking in Marijuana, a fourth degree felony; and Trafficking in Cocaine, a fifth degree felony.

Robert Poe, 38 of Cincinnati, is charged with Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity, a first degree felony; Trafficking in Cocaine, a first degree felony; Trafficking in Hashish, a third degree felony; Trafficking in Marijuana, a fourth degree felony; and Trafficking in Cocaine, a fifth degree felony.

James Sims, 45 of Ripley, is charged with two counts of Felonious Assault, both second degree felonies; and one count of Domestic Violence, a first degree misdemeanor.

Randy Crosby, 35 of Sardinia, is charged with Robbery, a second degree felony; two counts of Domestic Violence, both third degree felonies; and one count of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, a first degree misdemeanor.

Zachary Davis, 27, is charged with Escape, a third degree felony, Having Weapons While Under Disability, a third degree felony; Breaking and Entering, a fifth degree felony; and Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a fifth degree felony.

Matthew Gaunce, 42 of Georgetown, is charged with Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs and Aggravated Possession of Drugs, both third degree felonies.

Jeremy Baker, 30 of Mt. Orab, is charged with Failure to Comply With an Order or Signal of a Police Officer, a third degree felony; and Domestic Violence, a fifth degree felony.

Christopher Harmon, 40 of Milford, is charged with Theft From a Person in a Protected Class, a third degree felony.

Troy Barnett, 52 of Manchester, is charged with four counts of Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol or a Drug of Abuse. Two counts are fourth degree felonies and two counts are unclassified misdemeanors.

David Halbert, 29 of Dayton, KY, is charged with Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle, a fourth degree felony.

Chance Macko, 20 of Batavia, is charged with Tampering With Evidence, a third degree felony, two counts of Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle, both fourth degree felonies; and Receiving Stolen Property, a fourth degree felony.

Gary Rump, Jr., 26 of Cincinnati, is charged with Possession of Heroin, a fourth degree felony; and Possession of a Fentanyl-Related Compound, a fourth degree felony.

Dustin Downing, 34 of Hamersville, is charged with Possession of a Fentanyl-Related Compound, a fifth degree felony; and Possession of Heroin, a fifth degree felony.

Kayla Daughtery, 24 of Felicity, is charged with Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a fifth degree felony.

Mary Gagen, 26 of Mt. Orab, is charged with Tampering With Evidence, a third degree felony; and Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a fifth degree felony.

An indictments means that charges have been filed against an individual. It is not a finding or admission of guilt.
