11 Apr Fitchburg Woman Arrested for Trafficking Heroin & Fentanyl

A Fitchburg woman was arrested by Massachusetts State Police for trafficking heroin and fentanyl.
Rosemary Delossantos, 29, was charged with three counts of trafficking fentanyl, two counts of trafficking heroin, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of oxycontin with intent to distribute.
The Arrest
Troopers and officers arrested Delossantos in a parking lot on Whalon Street yesterday afternoon.
Following the arrest, Gang Unit Troopers and Fitchburg Police, along with a State Police narcotics detection K9 team, executed a search warrant at Delossantos’ Depot Street apartment.
During the sweep, MSP K9 Drago, handled by Sgt. Brian McKenna, showed interest in several locations.
Troopers and officers subsequently located quantities of a heroin/fentanyl mixture and cocaine, as well as several OxyContin pills.
In all, the investigation resulted in the seizure of more than 300 grams of heroin.
