A Fremont man admitted Friday he trafficked cocaine, Fentanyl and methamphetamine.

Arlando C. Crowe, 40, had been charged with four counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, fourth-degree felonies, and two counts of trafficking in cocaine, fifth-degree felonies, according to his indictment.

He pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, both fourth-degree felonies, and two counts of trafficking in cocaine, both fifth-degree felonies, during a hearing in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Kelbley’s courtroom Friday.

Also during Friday’s hearing, Crowe admitted he violated his judicial release from a case in 2016.

He had pleaded guilty to three counts of trafficking in crack cocaine, one fourth-degree felony and two fifth-degree felonies. He was sentenced to two years in prison in November 2016 and was granted judicial release in June 2017, according to court records.

The sides are to argue for the appropriate punishment at sentencing May 1.

Crowe agreed to forfeit $348 and an iPhone.

Seneca County Prosecutor’s Office is request Crowe pay a $320 fine to Seneca County Drug Task Force – METRICH Enforcement Unit.

It also is to seek dismissal of two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, both fourth-degree felonies, and one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
