Holbrook police charge 4 with drug trafficking – News – Holbrook Sun

Holbrook police charged three Boston men and a woman with fentanyl trafficking in connection with an investigation by the South Shore Drug Task Force and local police.

Nelson Gonzalez 31, Edgardo Rivera-Sanchez, 28, Cesar Andujar 30, and Yessica Margarita Franjul, 33, all of Boston, were arrested on Dec. 5

Police said Gonzalez, the target of the investigation, arrested with Rivera-Sanchez as part of a controlled narcotics purchase in Randolph. Boston Police detectives assisted with the execution of a search warrant at Gonzalez’s home. 

During a search of Gonzalez’s apartment 67 Winthrop St., Roxbury, Boston detectives saw Franjul, drive up to the front of the building in a silver Honda Accord she had allegedly used the vehicle during several undercover drug buys conducted during the investigation.

Andujar was arrested at his home on Woodbole Avenue in Boston.

Police said an undercover officer bought about 50 grams of a mix of fentanyl and heroin on 11 different occasions. During the search of Gonzalez’s home, a 9mm handgun and ammunition were seized from a common area of the apartment building, along with $3,000 in cash and the car.

The four suspects pleaded innocent in Quincy District Court on Dec. 6 to charges of trafficking and distribution of fentanyl and conspiracy. Rivera-Sanchez was also charged with providing false identification to police and driving without a license.
