A Buffalo man who sold a mixture of heroin and fentanyl to an undercover New York state trooper was sentenced Tuesday by State Supreme Court Justice John L. Michalski to six years in prison, followed by three years of post-release supervision, according to the Erie County District Attorney’s Office.
Prosecutors said Eliud Manso, 45, sold the drugs to the officer on Oct. 10, 2017, on Walden Avenue in Cheektowaga.
Manso, a prior felony offender, pleaded guilty to one count of third-degree attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance in October.
