A Minnesota man has been indicted for distributing fentanyl
that resulted in the death of eleven people.
28-year old Aaron Broussard faces 21 counts. He was arrested in December 2016 and is in
custody in Scranton (PA).
According to the U-S Attorney’s office Broussard ordered the
controlled substance from China and sent packages containing fentanyl to
multiple customers throughout the U-S.
Authorities allege Broussard continued to distribute controlled
substances to customers even after learning that some had overdosed.
