Philly fugitive sought – Lowell Sun Online

A fugitive from Philadelphia, wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service for the distribution of fentanyl and heroin, may have fled to Lowell, authorities say.

Walky Pereira-Decastro, 33, was federally charged with conspiracy to distribute narcotics last October and has not been seen since, according to an email from Neil Sullivan, of the Marshals Service’s Fugitive Task Force.

Pereira-Decastro has a last known address in the 6900 block of Sylvester Street in Philadelphia, but investigators believe he fled to Lowell around November, Sullivan said.

The 33-year-old is described as 5-foot-10, 225 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.

There is currently a $1,000 reward for information leading directly to Pereira-Decastro’s arrest, Sullivan said.

All tips can be called into the Marshal tip-line in Philadelphia at 866-865-8477.
