ALTON — Jessie M. Brittain, 22, of Cottage Hills, was charged Friday with unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
He allegedly possessed less than five grams of meth and less than 15 grams of Fentanyl on Wednesday. Bail was set at $30,000.
ALTON — Zachary A. Williams, 27, who is listed as homeless in Alton, was charged Thursday with armed robbery, unlawful restraint and public indecency.
He allegedly took a cell phone from a victim May 17 by brandishing a handgun and tying the victim up.
He was also accused of refusing to allow the victim to leave the Hampton Inn. Once in custody, Williams allegedly exposed himself and masturbated in the presence of an Alton police officer. Bail was set at $250,000.
ALTON — Dominick L. Huppert, 18, who is listed as homeless, of Alton, and Dustin L. Goodpasture, 21, of the 2300 block of Maxey Street, Alton, were charged Thursday with armed robbery.
They allegedly took tools and a wallet from a victim while armed with a sawed off shotgun on May 24. Bail was set at $150,000 on each suspect.
SOUTH ROXANA — Darryl D. Robinson, 30, of Belleville, was charged Friday with residential burglary.
He allegedly entered a home in the 700 block of Connor Street, South Roxana, on May 13 with the intent to commit a theft. Bail was set at $50,000.
