Portage County Grand Jury – News – Record-Courier

The following people were recently indicted by a Portage County grand jury. Indictments are only charges and not evidence of guilt:

• Joseph Arbogast, 25, of 529 E. Main St., No. 13, Ravenna; driving a vehicle under the influence, a fourth-degree felony, and driving under suspension, a first-degree misdemeanor, after an incident on April 4.

• Vickie L. Boyd, 46, of 444 S. Diamond St., Ravenna; possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, identity fraud, a fifth-degree felony, and possession of drug abuse instruments, a first-degree misdemeanor, after an incident on April 1.

• Anthony Christian, 24, of 2509 E. 40th St., Cleveland; aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony, and kidnapping, a first-degree felony, after an incident on March 28.

• Douglas A. Fetty, 59, of 7201 Risden Road, Vermillion; two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, each a third-degree felony, after an incident on March 30.

• Billy R. Graham, 37, of 1557 Olympus Dr., Kent, and Pete L. Russo, 37, of 1477 Guenevere St., Streetsboro, were each charged with felonious assault, a second-degree felony, after an incident on Dec. 20.

• Gil H. Lucas, 18, of 1915 Kimberly Dr., Kent; disseminating harmful matter to juveniles, a fourth-degree felony; disseminating harmful matter to juveniles, a fifth-degree felony and criminal mischief, a third-degree misdemeanor, after a Dec. 16 incident at Kent State University.

• Wilbert J. Perry, 60, of 251 S. Sycamore St., Ravenna; possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, and possession of drug abuse instruments, a second-degree misdemeanor, after an incident April 1.

• Brittany N. Rupp, 28, of 530 N. Park Ave., Ravenna Township; possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, after an incident on Feb. 12.

– Travis B. Sturguess, 28, of 5168 Streeter Road, Shalersville; possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony, and three counts of aggravated possession of drugs, each a fifth-degree felony, after an incident on Feb. 12 in which he was also caught with alleged fentanyl and methamphetamine.

• Gerald C. Wasko, 28, of 911 Stow St., Kent; two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, each a third-degree felony, after incidents between July 2015 and April 2018.

• Destiny D. Winning, 25, of 7686 Newton Fall Road, trespassing in a habitation, a fourth-degree felony, and resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor, after an incident on March 27.

• Briton P. Woolf, 29, of 112 Sherman St., Kent; extortion, a third-degree felony, assault, a first-degree misdemeanor, and two counts of aggravated menacing, a first-degree misdemeanor, after an incident on March 29.
