Schuylkill County Drug Task Force Seizes Over $22,000 in Meth, Fetanyl, and Marijuana at Home in Pottsville

The Schuylkill County Drug Task Force seized over $22,000 worth of methamphetamine, fentanyl, and marijuana at a Pottsville home on Thursday morning.

On Thursday, April 4, 2019, members of the Schuylkill County District Attorney’s Office, Drug Task Force, Pennsylvania State Police and Pottsville Bureau of Police, executed a search and seizure warrant on a residence in Pottsville.

Items of contraband were subsequently seized from the aforementioned, including, but not limited to, the following:
 – Approximately one hundred eighty-nine grams (189.0 g) of methamphetamine with an estimated street value of eighteen thousand nine hundred dollars ($18,900.00)
 – Approximately three hundred ninety-four (394) glassine packets containing suspected fentanyl with an estimated street value of one thousand nine hundred seventy dollars ($1,970.00)
 – Approximately one hundred sixty grams (160) of suspected marijuana with an estimated street value of one thousand six hundred dollars ($1,600.00)
 – One (1) firearm
 – Items of drug paraphernalia utilized for the packaging, repackaging and ingestion of controlled substances
 – Seven thousand two hundred twenty-nine dollars ($7,229.00) of United States Currency

As a result of the aforementioned searches, Ronald Joseph Wilson, III, 24, was charged with 3 counts of Possession With the Intent to Deliver(methamphetamine, fentanyl, marijuana), 3 counts of Criminal Conspiracy, Possession With the Intent to Deliver (methamphetamine, fentanyl, marijuana),  3 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance-(methamphetamine, fentanyl, marijuana), 3 counts of Criminal Conspiracy, Possession of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine, fentanyl, marijuana), Persons Not to Possess/Use/Manufacture, Control, Sell, Transfer Firearms, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Michael Irvin Setlock, 26, was charged with 3 counts of Possession With the Intent to Deliver (methamphetamine, fentanyl, marijuana), 3 counts of Criminal Conspiracy,  Possession With the Intent to Deliver (methamphetamine)(fentanyl)(marijuana),  3 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance(methamphetamine, fentanyl, marijuana), 3 counts of Criminal Conspiracy, Possession of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine, fentanyl, marijuana), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Both Wilson and Setlock were arraigned by Magisterial District Judge, James K. Reiley, Pottsville, who set bail at $50,000.00, straight cash for both.

Both were locked up in Schuylkill County Prison unable to post bail.
