Selling heroin, fentanyl pills was the plan. Instead, alleged SC dealers are in custody

COLUMBIA, S.C. — Potential drug deals were foiled when three suspects were arrested, then indicted by a South Carolina grand jury Thursday.

Benjamin Jamal Johnson, 31; Shiv Balvant Tailor, 21; and Savannah Lynn Stroud, 20; were each charged with conspiracy to traffic heroin 14-28 grams.

All three alleged dealers “conspired to deal counterfeit ‘Roxies,'” according to a report. The counterfeit pills were reportedly filled with heroin, along with fentanyl and other substances.

They were booked at the Richland County Detention Center, and scheduled to appear in Thursday bond hearings.
