SUI Seize Fentanyl, Methadone, Suboxone In Binghamton Drug Bust – FOX 40 WICZ TV

Three people are facing multiple drug possession charges following a drug bust at a residence in the City of Binghamton on Tuesday. 

The Broome County Special Investigations Unit executed a narcotics search warrant at 159 Conklin Avenue where investigators seized Fentanyl, methadone, suboxone, powder cutting agents, drug packaging materials and digital scales used to weigh narcotics.

Officers arrested Kimberly Knapik, 33, Courtney B. Douglas, 37, and Anthony C. Zuccaro, 61, all of Binghamton, 

Knapik is additionally charged with selling Fentanyl to another person on three separate dates during the months of April and May. She faces the following charges:

• 3 counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, class B Felonies 
• Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree, a class C Felony
• Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree, a class D Felony
• 4 counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree, class A Misdemeanors

Douglas and Zuccaro face the following charges: 

• Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree, a class C Felony, 
• Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree, a class D Felony 
• Four counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree, class A Misdemeanors

Zuccaro also faces an additional misdemeanor charge of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree.

All three subjects are still being held at the Broome County jail without bail.
