09 May Tewksbury Police Arrest Three On Fentanyl Dealing Charges
TEWKSBURY, MA — Tewksbury Police arrested two Lawrence men and a Methuen woman on drug distribution charges. Detectives investigating the three collected 14 grams of fentanyl during a series of drug deals, then arranged a meeting at in the area of Shawsheen Street and Memorial Drive on Tuesday. Following a motor vehicle stop, all three were arrested.
The three suspects were:
- Anibal Garcia-Feliz, 23, of 2 Inman Street Apt. #29 in Lawrence. He was charged with two counts of distribution of a class fentanyl, possession to distribute fentanyl, conspiracy to violate drug law, and an outstanding warrant for operating with a suspended driver’s license.
- Isabelle Duran, 20, of 102 Wesley Street in Methuen. She was charged with distribution of fentanyl, possession to distribute fentanyl, and conspiracy to violate drug law.
- Victor Ramos, 22, of 245 Andover Street in Lawrence. Like Duran, he was charged with distribution of fentanyl, possession to distribute fentanyl, and conspiracy to violate drug law.
